We build our bikes using world-class talent and premium materials, blending clean, timeless design with engineering that exceeds the highest industry stress and safety standards. Because we control every step of production using industry-leading machinery, we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all Poseidon frames.

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every bike we make.

Warranty Details:

• Frames: Lifetime warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects. (Please note: the fork is not considered part of the frame.)

• Components: 1-year limited warranty. Normal wear items — grips, tubes, tires, cables, and brake pads — are not covered.

• Demo and Last-Call Bikes: Final sale only. No returns or warranty coverage.

Important Assembly Information:
We strongly recommend professional assembly if you're unfamiliar with bike building. Improper assembly (such as stripped bolts, pedals, cranks, or other damage) is not covered under warranty.
If you’re assembling at home using our how-to video, hand-thread all bolts before tightening to avoid cross-threading. If you run into any issues, contact us first before troubleshooting.

International Orders:
If you are outside the continental U.S., you’ll need to assist with shipping costs for any warranty claims. We’re happy to support our global customers but appreciate your understanding.

Submitting a Warranty Claim:
All claims must include clear photos or videos. This helps us quickly diagnose the issue and find the best solution for you.
