WARRANTY

We bring together industry-leading talent and globally sourced materials to create a bike that combines clean, classic design with superior engineering exceeding the highest stress and safety testing standards. Because we manufacture and test our bikes on industry-leading machinery, we are uniquely positioned to take responsibility for every aspect of production end-to-end, with a lifetime warranty on our frames.

We want you to know that we will stand behind our craftsmanship and quality.

Therefore, all Poseidon bike frames are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the bicycle. Please Note: the fork is not part of the frame.

Components will carry a 1-year limited warranty. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear parts, defined as grips, tubes, tires, cables, and brake pads.  

All warranties are valid to the original owner only.

Before you build your bike, it is strongly recommended that you have a professional bicycle mechanic put your bicycle together if you are unfamiliar with bicycle assembly. Your warranty covers MANUFACTURING defects. The following items do not fall under our warranty: stripped bolts, stripped threading, stripped crank-arms, stripped pedals, stripped nuts, and any other type of damage caused by an improper installation. If you use our how-to video for assembly, please take your time, and hand thread each bolt before torquing it down at the end to ensure that it is correctly threaded. If you run into a problem, contact us first before troubleshooting. Thank you!

*International Customers: if there is a warranty claim on your order you will need to assist with shipping. As it is our goal to make any issue right with you we do need you to understand that shipping out of the US is much higher than within the country. We are not an international company but we are happy to have customers around the world.

All warranty claims must be submitted to Luis@poseidonbike.com please provide photos if possible of the issue you are experiencing so we can better assist you.
