Does your derailleur cable appear to be on the inside of the frame, not the outside? Your bike was not routed incorrectly. It has to do with the way the chain was unraveled. Please follow this video to return the derailleur to the correct side.

Tools and grease are included in the small box with your pedals and rotors.

 Thru-Axle Conversion Kit Installation

*Special Note: The front caliper on the thru-axle fork has an adaptor that connects to the brake itself. You will want to undo those two bolts, flip over the adapter, and reinstall it. This allows the caliper to clear the rotor correctly when the thru-axle fork is installed.

    Norton Hardtail MTB Installation

    Redwood Installation Dropbar and Flatbar (box with wheels next to bike).

    Allen Keys needed for each bolt on the Redwood

    • Four bolts on the stem to clamp handlebars- 4mm (torqued to roughly 5nm)
    • Two bolts that attach to the steerer tube of the fork- 4mm (torqued to roughly 5nm)
    • Seatpost collar- 5mm (torqued to roughly 5nm)
    • Saddle rails clamp- 6mm
    • Derailleur hanger- 2.5mm
    • Attachment for the derailleur to the hanger- 5mm
    • Derailleur cable pinch bolt- 4mm
    • Pedals to crankarms- 15mm wrench. Rotate toward the front wheel to tighten. (Right pedal clockwise tighten, Left pedal counter-clockwise tighten). Hand thread until the very end and give final torque with the wrench. The warranty does not cover stripped crank arms.
    • Crank arm bolt that connects to bottom bracket spindle- 8mm
    • Brake caliper bolts that connect to the frame and fork- 4mm
    • Brake pad adjusters- 3mm
    • Brake cable pinch bolt- 5mm
    • Bolt-on thru axles- 6mm
