Do you ship outside of the US? We absolutely can but the process is a bit different since we do not have international distribution. Is this item in stock? Thankfully for our company we do not have any items on back-order so as long as you can add it to cart, it is in stock and ready to ship.

How soon will it ship? We ship Mon-Fri starting at 9am PST. 

How long does it take to get to my home? While we cannot guarantee every delivery window, we know that in most cases shipping from our Southern California Office, orders take about 5-7 business days to reach the east coast. On the west coast it is about 2-3 business days. Please understand that these are estimates and factors that are out of our hands can impact these delivery times. Once it leaves our fullfilment area it is now the responsibility of the courier for the transit time. We appreciate your patience if there is a delay.

Where is my serial number? You will find it at the bottom of the frame next to the chainring. It should start with PCB_____________

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we want you to know that you have a company here willing to help after your purchase.

What is your warranty? Your frame is covered by a lifetime warranty and all parts are covered by a 1 year warranty for any manufacturing defect. If you encounter a problem please reach out to us first before trying to troubleshoot the matter yourself. We may be able to identify the problem first before any more damage is done. Cancellations: You have until 9 am PST on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to cancel any order placed the day or night before. All cancellations must be made over the phone. Leave a voicemail if we do not answer. If you order a build-out feature like the thru-axle conversion kit, assembly, or TRP HY/RD installation you have 3 business days to cancel your order with no penalty. After 3 business days, you will incur a $60 penalty and a 15% restocking fee. If the bike is on the stand and being worked on it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Can I exchange my item?  Exchanges can be accepted only if the item is brand new. If an exchange is accepted the customer will need to cover the outgoing and incoming shipping to receive their new item. You have 30 days from the original purchase date to submit an exchange request.
