Do you ship outside of the US? We absolutely can but the process is a bit different since we do not have international distribution. Is this item in stock? Thankfully for our company we do not have any items on back-order so as long as you can add it to cart, it is in stock and ready to ship.

How soon will it ship? Our standard fulfillment days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

How long does it take to get to my home? While we cannot guarantee every delivery window we know that in most cases shipping from our Southern California Office that orders take about 5-7 business days to reach the east coast. On the west coast it is about 2-3 business days.

Is there any assembly involved? Your bike arrives about 80% assembled. You will want a 4, 5, 6mm allen key set and a 15mm wrench with some grease to add onto threading. Installation consists of putting on the front wheel, attaching handlebars to the stem, sliding in seatpost, and threading on the pedals.

There may be light tuning involved to make sure the brakes are to your liking and that the cables are correctly tensioned. If you are unfamiliar with tuning a bicycle we'd recommend a mechanic taking care of this portion of the assembly to make sure it's rolling smoothly. If you are unsure about an issue with your bicycle please reach out to us and we will absolutely assist you with anything that is not to your liking.

What is your warranty? Your frame is covered by a lifetime warranty and all parts are covered by a 1 year warranty for any manufacturing defect. If you encounter a problem please reach out to us first before trying to troubleshoot the matter yourself. We may be able to identify the problem first before any more damage is done.

What is your Return Policy? Any item on the site can only be returned if it is brand new and unopened. Any accepted return is subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as the return shipping being deducted from your refund.

Can I exchange my item?  Exchanges can be accepted only if the item is brand new. If an exchange is accepted the customer will need to cover the outgoing and incoming shipping to receive their new item.
