Official Rules – Poseidon Bike Bingo Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

By participating in the Poseidon Bike Bingo Contest (“Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Poseidon Bike, which are final and binding in all respects. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Poseidon Bike Bingo Contest begins on [insert start date] and will continue through multiple rounds until terminated by Sponsor at its sole discretion (“Contest Period”).
Each Bingo round begins upon announcement by Sponsor and ends when a qualifying Bingo submission is verified and declared a winner.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Poseidon Bike are not eligible to participate.
Void outside the contiguous United States and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate in the Contest:

Obtain a current Poseidon Bike Bingo card through Sponsor’s official communication channels.

Complete Bingo challenges as listed on the card.

Submit clear photographic proof for each claimed Bingo box.

All submitted photos must be time-stamped after the official announcement of the applicable Bingo round.

Submit photos and claimed boxes via the method designated by Sponsor (email, form, or other approved channel).
Photos may include the participant and/or the participant’s bike, depending on the specific challenge requirements.
Multiple submissions are permitted; however, each Bingo round resets and does not carry over prior submissions unless explicitly stated.
SCRATCHER CODES & REWARDS
Each valid Bike Bingo submission may earn the participant one (1) unique scratcher code.
• Each code is one-time use only
• Codes are non-transferable
• Codes may unlock discounts, gear, or special offers
• Not every code is guaranteed to unlock a reward
• Attempted reuse or exploitation of codes will void any associated prize or offer
Poseidon Bike reserves the right to substitute rewards based on availability.
WINNER DETERMINATION
A winner for each Bingo round will be the first eligible participant to successfully complete a qualifying Bingo line and submit valid, verified proof, as determined by Sponsor.
Winning is based on skill, completion, and submission timing, not random chance.
Only one (1) winner per Bingo round, unless otherwise stated.
PRIZES
Prize details will be announced per round and may include:
• Poseidon Bike products
• Discounts or promotional offers
• One (1) Poseidon Bike of the winner’s choice (subject to availability)
Prizes:
• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• May not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion
If a selected prize is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
• Offers and prizes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
• Sponsor reserves the right to verify all submissions
• Incomplete, unclear, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified
• Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time
• Abuse of the Contest, scratcher system, or submission process will result in disqualification
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Poseidon Bike and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, and participants waive the right to bring claims in a class action format.
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California.
PRIVACY
Participation is subject to Poseidon Bike’s Privacy Policy.
Information collected will be used solely for administering the Contest and related communications.
