NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in. Only Poseidon Bike is sponsoring and operating this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. (New Jersey Notice: This Sweepstakes is not void in New Jersey.)
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD
The Poseidon Bike Mammoth Trail Fest Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time on Wednesday, September 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, September 21, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) and Canada who are at least 18 years of age (19 in AL and NE; 21 in MS) at the time of entry. Entrants must also have a valid email address and Instagram profile. Employees, contractors, and agents of Poseidon Bike are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter:

Scan the official QR code at Mammoth Trail Fest (in Mammoth Lakes, CA).

Complete the online entry form with your email address.

Both steps are required for a valid entry. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Sponsor will randomly select two (2) winners each night from all eligible entries received by 8:00 PM PT on that day:

Sunday, Sept 21
Winners will be notified via email that same night or by the following morning. If a selected winner does not respond within three (3) days, an alternate winner may be chosen at Sponsor’s discretion.

Maximum approximate retail value (ARV): $1,299.99 USD
Total prizes available: Eight (8) bikes (two per night).
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Poseidon Bike reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to release Poseidon Bike and its affiliates from any and all liability. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
