Nice bike

I have about 50 miles on the bike so far and it has performed well. However the idea of the TV box for shipping didn’t work. Box arrived ripped up and part of the axle was sticking out of the box. There was also a cross threaded screw in the stem when taken out of the box. Assembly was easy though it would not shift to lower gears at all. Once the shifting was tuned the bike worked great.

The bad is outweighing the good

The good: extremely comfortable geometry and seat. Perfect tire choice for all types of riding.
The bad: the is bar far one of the worst derailleurs I’ve ever had on a bike. Despite having it professionally tuned, it never stays in gear, the chair comes off multiple times mid ride, and no matter what you try, nothing seems to fix these issues. I get it’s a budget bike, but good lord these parts are bad
